Its in spanish. I checked online and it says go to settings to change it. Issue with this is i dont see it when i use the translation when searching for each icon on this phone.
On my Samsung phone (Galaxy Megaplus), the language options are under Settings->My Device->Language. You have to scroll down to see the language options. Perhaps you need to do the same.
The issue here is the person that is using the phone, it was bought brand new recently and they put their sim card from their old phone into it already and asked me to change it from spanish to english. So right now im looking through all the options, i dont see any option that has settings. Again… these words are in spanish… so im basically scrolling everything through spanish but none of them works.
It’s not the SIM card with the language setting; it’s the device (the handset). At least, it should be. I just did a quick search and found this PDF user manual in English. If the phone as sold in the Spanish-speaking country where it was originally sold has the option, it seems that pressing and holding the * key will call up the language menu. If it doesn’t, then I’ll venture that the handset doesn’t have more than one language on it.
Okay got the language changed to english. However, can someone tell me why when i look through the languages, there wasn’t Chinese as a language on the phone?
Reason i ask this is because we have one of these phones already and bought this one because we liked it so we want 2 of these but that one we were able to choose Chinese as a language. This phone has english, spanish, italian and many other languages.
Does this mean one of the phones is an international one but another isn’t? If so which one? What doesn’t make sense is shouldn’t all versions of the same phone when choosing the language allow you to select the same language? I will say thought that the original phone we have, i believe we bought it in chinatown but this one we got it through amazon. So im guessing the first one is chinese version but this one is spanish version since when we powered up this one, it was spanish then?
I also wanted to ask… how do i know how many different colors are there of this phone? I already bought the silver one… i checked amazon and it has pink and charcoal grey. However on ebay, it seems like they also have a black color… but the black looks like charcoal grey. Can someone tell me how i can find out if this phone has black as a color or its really charcoal grey?
Also the charger i received for this phone didn’t work. I think its a european charger? Does that mean the european charger is completely useless? We already have 1 charger from the first phone we bought so we using the charger for both phones at the moment.
