How to create a Video CD?

I’m not at my computer right now and I can’t stay at this one too long, but I was just wondering if anyone could drop some hints as to how I could burn a movie onto a CD. I’m not sure if this breaks any of the GQ rules and, if it does, I hope a mod will just go ahead and close this one for me. Thank you!

The easiest way I’ve found is to use Toast Titanium.

  1. Export your video and/or home movie in the “Toast VCD” format.
  2. Open Toast, then choose “Video CD”, and drop whatever Toast VCD files you want to burn.
  3. Click “Burn”, wait five minutes, and you’re done.

I’ve done this dozens of times, and never had a hiccup once. Roxio’s Toast kicks major ass.
