How to make an inspirational poster?

So, after seeing the Star Trek inspirational postesr (I believe there’s a thread about it on Cafe Society somewhere), I have decided I must make my own posters (probably for either Due South or Firefly).

So, to save me some effort, are there any blank templates for this sort of thing online, or should I just find other examples and switch out the pictures and captions as appropriate?
