How to: Peel a pistachio.

Eaten out of hand it’s no problem, but when used in recipes or mixed into ice cream or yogurt I’d like to be able to easily remove the papery skin (all of it) from pistachio nuts.
Any suggestions?

Put them on a terry towel, fold over, rub gently. I seem to remember doing this after toasting filberts and it worked a charm.
