How to recover my previous logon

I can’t log on under my previous username (Xema). I can’t seem to come up with the correct password, and when I ask that a password reset be sent to my email address, it doesn’t arrive (perhaps it goes to an old email address?) .

Is there any way to recover my account?

Have you checked your junk mail folder?

I had the same problem.But then I found my password message was registering as junk mail.
