How to stop screen saver, in Win7

How do I turn off the feature that replaces my desktop with a login screen after a few minutes of inactivity? I am asking for Windows 7. The Dim Display and Turn Off Display settings in Power Plans in Power Options don’t do it, and I don’t see anyplace else that looks relevant. Googling seems to indicate the Power Options is supposed to do it but noplace was completely unambiguous.

Can’t you just increase the delay time to, say, an hour?

Right-click Desktop>Personalize>Screen Saver. You can also disable locking the desktop.
