How Would You Search Online For This Watch

Back in 1985 I bought, what I thought, was a very cool watch.

It was simple and it had an analog dial. By this I mean it wasn’t numbers. It was a dial like a clock.

However it was unique in that all the numbers were LED. The watch hands were also LED and even the second hand was LED.

Thus it had the apperance of an analog watch, dial wise, but was definately and LED watch.

I am sure it was a Timex, I went to their site, and couldn’t find anything.

Trouble is when I search in Google and other places, when I put LED and Analog I wind up just getting watches with two dials. One with LED and analog dial BOTH on one watch.

Has anyone ever seen a watch like this? If so what would you try when you searched for it?

Thanks

Try searching with the word vintage added to your terms.

This site may also be helpful for you - it is a vintage digital watch site

Are you sure you don’t mean LCD? Because I recall watches that looked sort of like this or this.

In fact, check out this page.

You are correct, I am mistaken, it is LCD. It does look sort of like that link, except the dial is round and there were no numbers, it was all a dial.

Thanks for the links and the correction. Thanks, to the others for the other links as well
