I’m deciding when to come back to North Jersey from a couple days in Atlantic City… last time it took five hours instead of two, because of traffic. Would traffic northbound on the GSP from Atlantic City up to the Lincoln Tunnel probably be worse on the evening of December 30th or during the day on the 31st?
