Mine would definitely be a bighorn sheep.
But you know what would be really cool? A dozen wizards/witches who each had a badger as their Patronus, sequentially summoning their Patronuses in a green field.

If it were up to me, it would definitely be a member of the Mustelidae family, who pound for pound are pretty tough and scary creatures, like a stoat, a sable or a marten. Of course, if it were my true totem animal, it would more likely be a sloth.
