Isreal was founded right after the Holocaust. The horror of that event certainly contributed to the support for a Jewish state. It you want to paint Isreal as illegitimate, denying the Holocaust makes some sense.

I am a huge Jim Peterik fan, but he deserves to lose tons of money on this one. ASCAP exists for a reason. If ASCAP does not actually sell you rights to play a song, then ASCAP is not actually selling a product it is legally entitled to sell, and should thus be sued and put out of business, and all artists will have to personally approve every use of their songs.
There’s no mention of ASCAP nor any mention that Huckabee had permission or paid a performance fee.
That’s usually not mentioned in such stories, but that would be an incredible blunder if his campaign didn’t buy the license. But if that was the case, Peterik wouldn’t need to sue. The label and ASCAP could sue. Peterik would have to sue under other laws, but I doubt any court would rule in his favor, since those laws generally cover things like people thinking that Peterik endorses Kim Davis or Mike Huckabee. Which no one with an IQ over 70 would assume.
