It’s difficult to describe this story or to pick 4 representative paragraphs. You pretty much have to read it yourself. Obviously he wasn’t really a human alien hybrid, and it’s extremely doubtful that he was some sort of secret agent or that an SUV can be modified to run underwater.
The guy had no obvious source of income that could explain $5 million worth of guns or hundreds of thousands in cash. It almost sounds like he was running some sort of crazy cult, and had convinced people of a bunch of crazy shit and was preparing for some sort of apocalyptic showdown.
