typer - your wife should talk to her doctor (if she hasn’t already) If he/she can’t find a problem, and can’t make any recommendations, she and you should consult a sex therapist.
I had this same problem - my (now ex)husband and I went to a therapist for this - took about two months and the treatment was loads of fun. (Sorry if I’ve already told you this)

I believe the verb should’ve been something like ‘accommodate’. I just hadn’t heard before of people trying to “relie[ve]” pleasure.
But then I short-circuited that medical term. (No physiological or Latin background, but I should’ve recalled that ‘s’ does have a tendency to change to ‘d’ in Latin, and that I was “ectomizing” too much of the root of the parent word in that case.) Looks like it fell to Satan to spell it right. Proves that long words were made in Hell, I guess.
