Milo, with respect, surely you see the irony in starting yet another thread to announce how tired you are of the whole subject. Starting a new thread, even an oblique one, obviously perpetuates the very subject you claim to be bored by. If it’s boring – and it’s now very boring – let’s all just quit talking about it.
I’d include a smiley here to make sure you know this post is intended to be a friendly one, but it’s the Pit, so I can’t.

That’s the most pointless OP I’ve ever seen, and a perfect example for someone who wants to know what or who a troll is.
It’s amazing how many of the people who object to those that have expressed their annoyence are the ones who won’t let it go.
Uh, Milo, not to be too much of a prick here, but allow me to suggest to you what I do:
Don’t read those threads.
It’s done wonders for me - I read the first couple of posts to see what happened, and when it started to get out of hand, I just stopped reading. I mean, it’s not like there aren’t a myriad of other threads on, what, 7 different boards to read, right? If I spent all my time reading just one topic, I wouldn’t have time to raise awareness about sexual minority issues. 
If you can resist the urge to feed the trolls, you can certainly resist the urge to open and read a thread.
My $0.02.

Well, to be fair, there’s idiocy on both sides. Witness “I motion for Melin to be voted an honorary best censored”.
New threads on this topic are useless and the old ones are sinking fast anyway.

The thread in question was useless on 03-21-2000 at 14:56; but it really is too late to do anything about that now, isn’t it?

I am personally content to let this specific thread die on the vine. The OP is about something which is long dead. But by coming out of nowhere to accuse me of beating a dead horse in the first place, you yourself have belabored a tired point.
