Ok, for an update. I spoke with the department manager today. I think he can put it to rights. If not, my next stop will be HR. I think this is the best way to go. Because I really feel that he just doesn’t have a clue that he really is bothering me.
But we’re talking about a 30-something year old who still lives with his parents. Hopefully, this will take care of it, though, and nothing more will come of it.

If this guy was a member of this message board we’d all be telling you not to feed the troll…don’t know what your workplace laws are like, but he certainly wouldn’t get away with this kind of shit here. Do you have enterprise bargaining or some kind of law which lays down minimum working conditions?
BTW I am not suggesting that if you happened to reveal your co-worker’s email addy some of the members on this board might be prepared to set him straight. I’m really not suggesting that at all…
