I am posting from the state of:

From the states of omniscience, omnipresence, omnipotence, and benevolence.

Pennsylvania, dudes and dudettes. But I’ll confess that I lived in Ohio for four years (I was very young, so it wasn’t my fault) and I was born in Michigan.

(Forget Buckeyes and Wolverines. Go Nittany Lions!)

Krish,
wow, thats a long labor.

No definite plans yet, but I’ll get there. I visit 1 -3 times per year and I love the place!

I love Eagle River and the Matanuska Valley (Palmer) areas and also further north towards Fairbanks, but only time will tell. I also love Seward and Homer but they are a little far from shopping areas. I haven’t been south near the inside passage, but I would love to check it out.

Where are you?

Wisconsin - Land of Indian Casinos, breweries, tourists, and “ELF” or what ever the government calls it now. Birthplace of the ice cream sunday, shake, coby cheese, snowmobile, Laurie Ingals, Harley Davidson, and Barnum & Baily. Boyhood home of John Muir, and Aldo Leopold.

That’s “ice cream sundae”. So when I make my move from Missouri to Wisconsin, I’m moving from (the origin) of cones to sundaes.
“Sundae” is probably derived from sunday.

RichBarr, looks like only to Pennsylvanians so far, and PA is also a Commonwealth Mr Know. As I’m originally from Upstate NY, I could not agree with FunneeFarmer more!

damn, two, I meant two. Boy, my fingers are stupid sometimes.

Michigan!!! Quite possibly the best state in the Union. Definately better than Ohio. Go Spartans!

(For those of you who are not “in the know” the biggest sports rivalry around these here parts is University of Michigan vs. Ohio State.)

Funneefarmer, we’d be happy to separate from upstate. But we DON’T WANT LONG ISLAND! Oh, and would you mind continuing to send us milk?

I must confess to having been born in Ohio. Cleveland. Still miss the kielbasa.

I have spent a lot of time in Eagle River!

My friend who I always stay with used to live on Mammoth Cir down around the corner from the skating rink.

I am jealous. Are you born and bred or an implant?

Since I had to sing the state song in order to remember it and type it in, I blame you all for the exceedingly odd looks my coworkers are giving me.
