In another thread, somebody offered to take bets that Donald Trump wouldn’t get inaugurated President. I tired to take him up on it. I figured that on January 21, I’d either have won a thousand dollars or I wouldn’t be living in a country where Donald Trump was President. And I figured either possibility is better than what I’m facing right now.

Update: I waited until Inauguration Day just in case. She is planning on paying me, she says she is anyway. But I have told her I don’t want her money, I just want her to realize that all this stuff she believes is crap. She is completely blind to this though, so I am waiting for my next opportunity!
I had exactly the same bet, it must have been something going around on Facebook, which I could not have known about, I’m not admitted to that secret society, the passcodes are too complicated. My bet was only $1, I waited until inauguration day to claim my winnings. Which I didn’t do – I went double or nothing, betting that Trump WOULD declare martial law, or attempt some executive act that would be tantamount to martial law. Bannon won’t let him call it that.

I’m not sure I would take the same but on Trump. It wouldn’t surprise me if he did declare martial law and make himself king. I am truly afraid of the future.
