I Bought a Product Because the Ad Campain Was Funny

I was picking up some beer so as to drink said beer whilst watching the Sharks game last night and coudn’t decide. I’m kinda new to the whole beer scene anyway, so I’m browsing around with little to go on.

Hawaiian Lager: Might be cool since we’re going to Maui in a few weeks.
Fat Tire Ale: All my co-workers love it.
Ale, ale, ale: I haven’t had much luck with ale yet, I’ll stick with lager.
Molson’s: Oooh, Canadian beer to go along with hockey. Damn, six packs are all sold out. Twelve pack’s too much of a commitment.

Then I see the Red Stripe.

“Hoooraaaaaaaaay Beer!”

It’s on sale.

“Hoooraaaaaaaaay Beer!”

I can not resist.

“Hoooraaaaaaaaay Beer!”

I am weak.
(But the Sharkies won so all is right with the world. )

I occassionally buy Red Stripe because the stubby bottles fill me with nostalgia. (It’s a Canadian thing.)

It’s not a bad beer, either – although when it goes off it is rather nasty – and it seems to go off quite a bit.

I’ve never seen it advertised, anywhere.

My favorite. There’s more, too. Look for the “Stupid Magic” one.
