That’s fantastic, I hadn’t heard of it. But surely it’s beyond parody:

“Fish - the kittens of the sea. Join the campaign to save our fishy friends by rebranding them as ‘Sea Kittens’. Nobody wants to eat a ‘Sea Kitten’.”
