I can start new threads but can't reply to existing ones - what gives?

I’m wondering if this is a Board thing or something to do with my proxy server at work. This is the error I get:

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/newreply.php
