I went to the SD homepage to try
to read the FAQs and it came back
with the response “Publisher
refused to give you access to this
page?” Why?
OK I just responded to my post to say The first time I tried to ask my question it said “We have activated flood control. You must wait 60 seconds till you post again. Please try again after that amount of time has elasped.” I did and the thing posted twice.
