I can't help it...Aqua Teen Hunger Force just kills me!

Wow. That sounds WAY too one-jokey to possibly be funny. Then again, ATHF started as a spinoff too…

There’s not really anything bad I can say about ATHF. I despise rap music, yet I love the opening theme song!

Don’t forget too that Frylock is Thundercleese’s father from The Brak Show (actually its just a joke, the same actor voices them both).

Shake could never really do that, Frylock just seemed to acknowledge him a little in the first few. Shake still considers himself the (self-proclaimed) leader, though even Meatwad gets over on him sometimes (like in the plastic surgery episode).

There’s really no explaining this show. Its the best example of “either you get it or you don’t” style humor. If you have to explain it, then you’re not going to think its funny.

"Bored. BORED! RIP HEAD OFF!!!"

“Don’t question it!”

Whaddya mean, one joke? There’s the finger, the stealing, the impossibly slow moving laser beams, the underwater pizza chamber…

And just think what they could do with This Horse’s Anus

“You do as the Scorpions have before you!”

In the episode where Shake kills himself just to annoy Meatwad with his Ouija video game, I crack up a whole lot at the witch doctor going “Arise, chicken” and Meatwad chiming in with him out of sync. I’m not sure what it is about it, but it’s hilarious.

The show’s a recent find for me too, and I love it so…

I’ve only seen a couple of episodes and I enjoyed them immensely. I must say, however, that the idea of the show is what really sends me. These characters were too stupid to make it on to Space Ghost: Coast to Coast and the creators take that defeat and turn it into a series. Plus, WTmutherF?! Shake-Zula?! Frylock?! Meatwad?! (“He’s Meatwad, because if he was cooked, he’d be Meatball.”) Brilliant.
I have the opening theme on my hard drives both at work and at home so that I can listen to it when I need to.

Brilliant.

At the risk of sounding like one of those quote geeks who parrot Monty Python lines all the time, I’d have to say my favorite episode is Dumber Dolls because of all the quotable lines.

LET’S COMMENCE TA JIGGLIN’!

Hey, backwoods retard…not now, not ever.

That’s where you’re wrong Frylock, Highlander was definitely a real-time documentary. I distinctly remember cliffs, and there was LOTS OF MAGIC!

What was ATHF a spinoff of?

Meatwad is my hero.

My favorite part of the show is Shake’s philosophy. Some beliefs of the malted one: (some of which he just said to screw with Meatwad - some he really believes. Sometimes it’s hard to tell.)

“Blood drives are a pyramid scheme run by Dracula and his unholy minions”

“Plaque is a figment of the liberal media and the dental industry to scare you into buying useless appliances and pastes. Now, I’ve heard the arguments on both sides, and there is nothing to convince me of the need to brush your teeth <snip> I got rid of my teeth at a young age because… I’m straight. Teeth are for gay people. That’s why fairies come and get them.”

“No, Frylock, The Highlander was a documentary, and events happened in real time.”

Although he used some ridiculous psuedonym (Sir Wiggles Brightlysmore or something) Happy Time Harry was voiced by Mr. Show’s David Cross…
