It’s a trap!
We’ve got another snow warning here again, too (as well as cold - down to -8ºC or so tonight). I’ve got my plants covered up in the hopes of keeping them alive until it finally warms up {offers prayers up to the gods of weather}.

We’re going to be blessed with another 3 to 5 inches of snow tonight. On the bright side, this will provide some protection for the grass seed we put down in the chicken yard today.

Again. The fourth storm this month. If we get snow on the high range of those forecasts (as we have been) we’ll be pushing 50 inches in April.
We didn’t get the expected snow. Yet. I still have my fingers crossed that we’re done with frigging snow for the year.
I’ll join you. This “warm-freezing-with snow; warm-freezing-with snow” is driving me crazy. My car windows are frozen shut, my windshield needed scraping today to get the ice off, and my wipers were stuck/frozen to the windshield. Enough already; stay above 0C for good!
We don’t get snow days up here.
We get the odd snow day here - when we’ve just had a dump of two feet of snow and the roads are completely impassable. They will, however, expect you back at work the next day, because the main roads will have been cleared and they expect everyone to have proper winter tires on their vehicles, not to mention that the buses are running just fine.
Well, it looks like we’re done. The dip in the jet stream has gone back to normal, so the parade of storms is over for now. We’ve received 47.6" of snow in April, an all-time record. Temps are forecasted to be in the 70’s this weekend. I’ll put away the snow shovel and get out the lawnmower.

Welcome to spring my Northern Dopers

Spriiiiiing!!!
It’s snowing.
Here too. Blech. But at least I’m not up on the Keweenaw. I don’t think they even got the minibreak we got from the weather; from the pics I’ve seen, it was a pretty good storm there all day. We just got a light dusting.
We had a snow shower this afternoon - white-out for five minutes, and done. Weird.
There is green grass here.
It’s astroturf.
Can’t be; it’s too muddy.
The day before yesterday was the first day this year I didn’t see any snow at all when going to work.
Timing is everything. The Trans-Canada along the top of Superior re-opened yestesday, and I’m heading out that way tomorrow. Nice to not have to cancel.
Where do you live? I need to never go there
(OKOKOK, I love butterflies, I won’t stomp them, I’ll lovingly feed them sugar water until they explode! Can I have Spring now, pretty please? )
I look out the window last night and I see fog; no that’s not fog, it’s snow being driven horizontally across the lake by 60 kph+ winds. <sob> I’m never going to be able to get back on my bike, am I? At least we might see positive double digits this week…
