None of those are common English adjectives. At least not where I come from. All of the above words have only one use and that is to slur someone else.
Which word is it that you are having such a hard time about? Pockmarked is an adjective. I’ll grant you that most people don’t use it in common conversation (due to the paucity of their vocabulary), but this is the first time I’ve come across it as being the equivalent to Nigger or Fag etc. I am still somewhat that you would equate the two.
