I was going to say that I will be the first registered designer in Ontario to design the type of house I am interested in, but there is already one other designer working in that market, plus at least two architects. So, hmm…

On the other hand, I’ve been doing heat calculations that the other designer said are impossible. 
I will be the first designer to present about these houses in Esperanto, though, at a conference next year. 
I’m a really good cook. That in itself is surprising because until 7 years ago I had very limited access to food, basically rice and beans was a feast. But since moving to Canada I started to cook for myself, and I am really, really good. And it’s not just me saying it, every one I’ve ever cooked for has fallen over themselves telling me about it. I don’t cook from recipes either, I cook from smell and taste.
