Years ago, I had a vivid dream where my fish tank broke and my fish were swimming through the air. Since fish need water to breath, they swam over to a small fountain in the living room.
Anyway, today on TV, saw a Skittles commercial where cartoon fish were swimming through the air eventually jumping into a large fountain.
Was some ad exec watching my dreams?

Either the ad exec’s are monitoring your imagination – or you’re turning psychic, predicting what they are doing.
So – any ideas for what ads there’ll be for the next Super Bowl?
Shucks. I thought from the title that your dream took a break for a commercial and you were checking to see who else that had happened to.
Personally I only remember it happening once. It was a commercial for a book: Falling Woman. Can’t remember the author.
As to the floating fish, I think you AND the ad guy picked it up from the Sandman. Or a thousand other places. It’s an idea that recurs. I may use it in my dreams tonight.
I dreamt an episode of “Friends” the other night - it had subplots and dialogue and everything…
…and yet, the only thing that I can clearly remember is that Joey had long (Shaggy-style) hair and was drinking a new juice that he had invented (which had a really funny name … that escapes me for the moment) which was a mixture of Orange Juice and Macaroni.
normally it is my wife who has the wierd dreams…
