I was just flipping around the 'net when a headline caught my eye on Yahoo… “US sending huge armadillos to Persian Gulf”…I went “huh?” but soon realized it was armadas…now I can’t get the image of a mass formation flotilla of giant 'dillers steaming through the Persian Gulf…

Heh. I do that all the time. One of my more memorable ones was the day I caught a sign on a bathroom door at work on my way out. For a few seconds there, I thought it said “Please Check Personalities”, which gave rise to a few interesting images.
When I checked, it said “Please Check Personal Items”.
I like mine better.
