I spank adults on their bottoms on a fairly regular basis, but certainly not for sexual gratification or anything even remotely erogenous in nature. I simply believe that it is an effective method to dissuade inappropriate behavior in the public arena. For example: lithe young ladies who block the aisles of grocery stores with their shopping carts often benefit from this type of negative reinforcement on my behalf. I do it for the welfare of society, nothing more.
