The Democrats never elevated to national office someone who spread racist evidence-free conspiracy theories for years. There is no Democratic equivalent of Trump. Not even close.

What are you defining as “national office”?

So basically, he accepts that Trump spread racist evidence-free conspiracy theories for years, and his response is (or would be if I engaged him, which I won’t) ‘but Democrats do it too!’. Which they don’t, quite obviously.
