Color me puzzled. If it had a 95+ IQ it would know it was going to get caught, right? Did it just get confused and think the paragraph about a deficit increase was really about deficit decrease?

On the one hand, the Report Post button is there for a reason, and I don’t really mind its being used when anyone, for any reason, feels the rules have been violated.
On the other hand, if jerks can leverage the system to continue being jerks perhaps it’s the system that’s at issue.
(On the gripping hand, Bone might feel, as some other do, that HD is a ginormous target and is being unfairly targeted. I’m willing to entertain that notion; when I don’t like someone I’m inclined to see everything that person says or does in a worse light. That’s a pretty common human failing.)
Let’s consider why he’s an enormous target. Because he won’t stop lying and being a disingenuous prick, that’s why.

If only he wasn’t too scared to come here, to the Pit. He could insult away. I remember finding him here once, and I had just enough time to call him an asshole before he hurried off.
This is why I took a 6 month break. When obvious lying trolls are allowed to continue their lying troll ways, and people who call them on it are the ones being warned…

There’s more stuff that’s not too bad, and then the thread went off the rails. However, I’ve tried to engage with him since then and I’ve been really let down. His thread about Democrats/mobs-Republican/jobs was basically the last straw for me and I won’t engage with him anymore.
