The Japanese language has no inflection. I forget exactly what the phraseology is for this kind of phonetic speaking, but Japanese words & names are spoken as they are read, without special accents.

Konichiwa would never be KoNIchiwa or KoniCHIwa, for example. So exactly the opposite of French.
