I Googled "David Caruso, Bad Actor"

which yielded:

…which turned up some interesting hits such as…

…which has a link that take you to a 7 minute montage of Caruso’s one-liners that rank among the worst in the history of drama. Even if you love to hate D.C., this might be more than you can stomach.

You might find a few other gems (which I’m still mining) at the the Google search, above.

Wasn’t the “bad actor” description redundant?
I’ve mentioned this in other threads but I’m still trying to figure out -

1 - Instead of facing the bad guy in a square stance why he always stands at a 45 degree angle when questioning a suspect.

2 - Why he has to tilt his head at a 45 degree angle when talking to a woman (usually this week’s damsel in distress) or a child.

In my opinion, his best role was KitKat, in the Bruce Willis tour de force, Hudson Hawk.

I found this image recently. Cracked me up.

That is amazing! I started watching CSI: Miami reruns late Saturday nights solely to watch great entertainment like this.

And it’s not just the sunglasses or the one-liners. It’s also the fact that every single line is delivered in the same way:
Begin speaking by looking down and maybe slightly to the side. Finish the line by looking the person straight in the eye.

Every cop I know approaches/questions from a 45-degree angle. It’s one of the things they are taught to do. If sudden violence erupts, it’s a better defensive position.

This guy nails the stance AND the head tilt
