I got a new job!

I just got a job as a full-time teacher’s aide in the reading department of the high school here. I was previously a substitute for the school, and, while I made more money, the work wasn’t steady.

So far, it’s an interesting job. Sadly (and weirdly), I’m better at interacting with kids than with adults. I don’t think the teachers quite know what to make of me.

But, hey, at nine bucks an hour, who cares?

Congrats!

Congratulations! Good luck with the students.

Congratulations. Wishing you luck and joy in your new career.

Congratulations!

What’s wrong with interacting better with the kids than with adults? Doesn’t sound so bad so long as your job involves more interactions with kids than with adults, as I understand to be the case here.

Congratulations

Here is an example of how to run a class.
