But…but…
Western Montana is really pretty! Really! It’s just that…you have to travel…all day…to get there. And that’s just from the North Dakota border. So I understand. I don’t like it, but I understand.
Eastern Montana is indeed long, boring, and empty. But then again, the same could be said for the eastern half of a lot of western states: Washington, Oregon, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming (actually, almost all of Wyoming is pretty ugly), etc., etc.
So anyway, have fun on your road trip!
