I can’t believe how early you found out … wow.
We found out March 17, and I’m due November 20.
How did you find out so soon that it’s twins? They don’t listen for heartbeat(s) here until the 10th week (which I’m JUST shy of so they wouldn’t try when I had my check-up today … :mad: ), and no ultrasound until about week 16-20.
Since I’m 40, and have had several miscarriages, the doctor whipped out the ultrasound at my first visit, most likely to make sure there was a heartbeat. Surprise!

Just so you all know, Geobabe is without a doubt one of the most physically fit women I have ever encountered in my entire life. This woman exudes strength, calm and warmth. No doubt her excellent health will be a boon to the little ones. Her babies are so damned lucky, and they won’t realize it until they’ve driven her gray.

Do plan on having help around the house, or at least Unclebill around the house`to help. A close friend of mine had twins last year (her first birth - is it for you?), and it’d just been hell for her until they decided to shell out for a part-time housekeeper (four days a week) and a full-time nanny. I think this is slightly excessive, but having spent an accumulated two weeks of babysitting for her, I can assure you that when I say slightly, I mean only slightly.
