Though I must say, once it did open & fill up with firefighters, after a FF race, & a fire truck went down the street with lights on & both siren & air horn it got quite raucous in there.
Don’t know if the sirens & horn were for traffic outside or as a salute to the FF bar they were passing.
Got poke chops and sweet **N.O.T.**s in the oven. I’m watching kung-fu movies.

Dinner was grilled and eaten. Now its roaming around time.
My uncle (dad’s brother) is in town, so he came here for supper. Good times 
My dad barbecued some steak and potatoes and hot dogs.
I prefer to think of the phenomena as “convenient accidents”.
Howdy Y’all! Yes, I am still up believe it or not. I am kinda wired still. We had an impromptu cee-mint pond partay. JDD and Partner, MOG and Weird Friend (I should rename them. They are both wimmens and my two bestest IRL wimmen friends, but I’ll deal with that later), and Big D and Little J (two gay friends who live together. One is tall, the other is short) all came over when we called ‘em up and said come hang at the cee-mint pond. Anywho, we lounged around there, laughed, drank (only a little bit cause after all tomorrow is Moanday and most of us irk), and then I grilled up some snausages for snausage dawgs which we et with chips. A good time was had by all. Everyone left around nine thirty includin’ OYKW who I could not talk into stayin’, but does have to be at irk by seven tomorrow and his place is closer, so I guess I can’t blame him, then I took me a shower and tidied up the place a bit as well as drug the trash can down to the road bein’ as tomorrow is trash day and well, this is a loooooooong sentence so I guess I should just end it right now. 
I have an irk from day tomorrow. This is due to a video conference call that will last a couple hours at best and then due to a bunch of paperirk stuff I need to get uploaded to TPTB as well as some reports due to TPTB that I can do just as easily from da cave as the orifice so I told my boss I should have an irk from home day and she agreed. YAY!
Also, tomorrow night is men’s night over to the church house, thus I have steaks marinatin’ and beer chillin’.
To sum it al up, da bear has had a great time today.
