The dream involved waiting in a doctor’s office, talking to some babies (who could talk back), and talking to Stoid.
Yes, I’m a newbie who’s never met her. No, she has no idea who I am. Yet she evidently has fulfilled some sort of archetypal void in my subconscious, because out of the gajillions of people I could have selected to guest-star in my dream, she made the cut.
How I knew it was Stoid I cannot say. She was about 5’7" tall, around 35-40 years old, and had straight brown hair cut into a short bob. She wore a brown sweater and jeans. She was an entertaining doctor’s office companion and suggested that the talking babies probably were suffering from the same disorder that Gary Coleman has.
That was all.
So…do any of you dream of fellow Dopers whom you have never met?
I once had a dream about Coldfire. I was hoping for a really naughty dream, but he turned out to be happily married in it. Damn the luck. Next time he shows up in my dream he’d better be unmarried, nekkid, and ready to go.
I once mentioned to a co-worker that she was in my dream the night before. She immediately asked “How was I?” I took me at least a minute to figure out what she meant.
Shortly after registering here, I had a dream that Mega the Roo was in. I don’t remember much about the dream, but she was wearing a shirt that said “Mega the Roo”, that’s how I knew it was her.

Last night I had a dream about iampunha it went something like this:
Me my hubby and Kids went to Disneyland. When we got there I passed iampunha (he worked there) and we said hi to each other and went on our way. Next thing I’m in the bar and my hubby and kids are now my Mom and Dad! We all have a pint of guiness, and my Dad says “who was that you said hi to?” And I explain I know iampunha from the SDMB, my dad then says, “I know him through and friend and he (iampunha) sent me some really cool stuff from disneyworld”, I then suggest we all get together later and have a pint of guiness, then I woke up.
Figure that one out!
