They are genetically altering pigs and cows so that medical supplies can be obtained from them using human genes. At the same time our (US) government says that we don’t have any right to know if we are eating a genetically modified food. What in the world is out there to make sure that when my husband goes to Waffle House his bacon doesn’t contain human genes or my little girls’ hamburgers from McDonald’s? Wouldn’t that be considered cannabilism? I’m about to puke. Just thought I would share.
It’s only cannibalism if you don’t put enough ketchup on the burger.
I would think that trying to obtain medical supplies using human genes would be mostly useless. Most likely, we could get penecillin with our cheeseburgers and the like, using bacterial DNA.
And, anyway, it’s just DNA, something you get even if you just eat plants. I would think that cannibalism would entail, say, killing someone and eating them, as opposed to getting medical benefits without harming anyone.
I sold my soul to Satan for a dollar. I got it in the mail.
If nothing else, I would presume that the custom-engineered animals used for medical purposes would be too valuable and expensive just to grind up for sausage. Of course you probably will end up eating animals engineered to grow more meat with less feed.
It’s sorta like the old UL about hamburgers containing ground earthworms. That was shot down when someone pointed out that commercial ground beef is cheaper per pound than worms.
You say I’m blind, I say you’re hallucinating.
