I had surgery on my nuts

On Wednesday in the AM I had surgery to repair a hydrocele on my right testicule. I was released a few hours later. Anyhoo I’ve got a few questions that my doctor didn’t really go into detail about…

Ok, so I’ve got some pretty nasty looking stitches running down my scrotum sack. They are the kind that are supposed to fall out on their own, but how much longer am I going to have to wait for that to happen?

And when can I…ahem…ejaculate normally? for example, when could I go back to my normal masterbating habits… and is it going to hurt when I do?

Just curious, anyone out there go through this before?
bob : )

If they didn’t schedule you to come back in a week to have them removed, they’re probably the dissolving kind.

As for your other question, I quess we’ll know in about 3 days, won’t we

They are the dissolving kind, yes, but how long does it normally take for them to dissolve?

Hangin’ in there

bob

I had the exact same thing done to me a while back.

I think the stiches should take a week or so to come out. ( I’m not too sure on this as I had a accident that is probably best not gone into. )

Give your self 2 weeks to be back to normal. I was gimpified for a while and my friends had many laughs at my attempts to walk.

Good luck.

But if you choke the chicken too soon, your huevos will fall out on the floor.

The stitches will dissolve and fall out in about 10 days, maybe 14. When you shower in a few days, those ready to go will drop off. Follow your doctors cleaning directions.

As for whacking Willie, well wait a few days. You’re generating sperm now from both testicles and it’s going into storage. The action of jerking Willie might cause you pain in your sack if the action involves it too much. Intercourse would probably be better because you’re not stretching the skin of the sack, just banging it around, unless it’s cool and then it will draw up tight between your legs. In a few days, the incision will have healed enough to resist being torn open.

After two or three days, do what you will, but stop if you start getting an ache or pain in the testicles or sack and wait another 3 days.

Friggin’ OUCH!!!

Why did I read this? WHY DID I READ THIS??

My husband had emergency surgery to correct a torsion of the testicle several years ago. I’m not sure how to put this in medical terms; basically they sewed his nut and tubes to the inside of his sack so it doesn’t happen again. It was before we met, so I don’t know all the specifics, but I think it took him about two to three weeks to get back to normal. Apparently he was walking around like John Wayne for that time, due to the swelling.

You shouldn’t take medical information from us. Call your doctor & ask him, he is the one who looked inside to see how things look. Or call the hospital information line.

Im surprised your doctor didn’t say anything about these things.

I agree with Handy. Assuming you paid your surgeon good money (and if she works cheap, please give me her name), she should have answered all these questions, had one of her staff answer these questions, or at least given you a pamphlet with the answers to these questions.

The fact that people pay physicians for medical care and then ask other people questions about their care astounds me. Can you imagine spending lots of money on, for example, a computer operating system and then, when you have questions or problems making it work, relying on members of the general public posting on a computer bulletin board for support? Oops, bad analogy. But Bill Gates hasn’t figured out (yet) how to monopolize the medical profession. Unless you are in a vey remote location, you have a choice of physicians. If your physician is being paid to take care of your medical problems and doesn’t answer your questions, get another physician.
