Congrats!
You’ve seen the Davis Memorial I expect.
You’ve seen the Davis Memorial I expect.
It’s a tomb in the local cemetery, noteworthy for the many statues of a John Davis and his wife Sarah. Check it out.
Oops, partly repeated.
I’m so glad you both found each other! I look forward to hearing how you’re all getting along! Congratulations.
Great news!
Mazel tov!
Congratulations! May you share many happy years together.

I’m leaving for church now, I hope he’ll be okay on his own.
Yay! This warms my cockles! (of my heart).
He’s a beautiful boy. Congrats!
I know what you mean. I just left my new pup alone for the first time yesterday. She seems to have survived a few hours in her crate just fine. I worried anyway.
Well, that’s about the craziest thing I’ve ever seen.
Best of luck to you and your new feller. He looks like a total sweetie!
Good show, Baker. I’ve always found it true that the cure for losing a pet is to get a new pet.It can’t replace the old one, but it does start a new chapter and help you move on.
BTW: Been meaning to mention that while we don’t have a balcony here, we do have an extended family of doves living in our condominium compound in Waikiki.
Have they laid any eggs yet?

Baker, he looks lovely. Good on you!
Yes, I have seen it. It’s kinda odd. I mean, that much memorial for someone who isn’t otherwise famous . . .
And the rest of the cemetery is just the usual single stones. It sure does stick out when you arrive.
Does anyone know these days how one can leave a message, or even a written note, for an author? If something was sent to their publishers, might the author get it? I know it’s silly, but I’d like to leave a not for Mr. Cussler, telling him that I named my dog out of one of his books.
I see on Wikipedia he has a website. There’s a contact section.
I also note he turns 86 next weekend, so wish him a Happy Birthday too.
And you’d better hurry…
