I finished off the hamhocks and blackeyed peas a few days ago. Just got back from the store with a pound each of dry blackeyed peas, black beans, and pinto beans.

Not only do I have beans, I’m eating beans right now. Black beans with brown rice and carrots and red peppers and garlic and onions and cheeeeeeeeeeese. Oh yeah.
But tomorrow I think I’m going to go out and buy more beans. Cold weather is bean weather.
