Everybody has poor impulse control.
A trip to any emergency room, county jail,local bar or nightclub and of course divorce courts will attest to that. It’s when your impulse control continues to cause you personal misfortune or you find yourself constantly doing what you want to rather than what you need to is when you have problems.
My prescriptions for this are:
A) A good therapist to discuss your issues
B) One or more powerful behavior modifying medications
C) A close friend or family member to rein in your excesses
D) A decent ass-whooping every now and then
