I have stopped being a freeloader

Hi everyone,

After several years of lurking I have finally decided to spend the money to join the boards. A little background: I am a recent graduate for Northeastern University and now have a job and some disposable income. I was graduated with a BSBA in management information systems but am now an engineer at a large technology company. I was a frat guy in college but have pretty much got that out of my system now.

I really enjoy the board and figure that I get more than the $14.95 worth of enjoyment out of it.

So uh… who else paid after a very lengthy period of lurking?

Welcome!

I think I lurked about 10 minutes before I joined, but I’ve been here almost 7 years now - dang!!

Welcome from me, too. Sorry – my lurking phase was so long ago, can’t remember how long it took exactly before I dived in.

Welcome, G41184B! Thanks for the compliment you give us by joining up, while knowing what you’re getting into ;).
Happy posting!

Welcome, G41184B!

We have a velcoming banquet laid out in Room Sixteen. Please come this way.

[sub]This place is addictive! Run! Run while you can![/sub]

I think you may have set an unbeatable record for length of time between “join date” and “first post.” Congrats – and welcome!

0.00 posts per day. Ha.

Cool!
Then allow me to be the first to ask:
Can I borrow a hundred bucks?
I get paid next wednesday see, and…

Welcome!

I graduated from Northeastern in 2003.

Ha. I spent NO time lurking. I saw there were message boards and immediately signed up. Of course, points to join date this was back in the dark ages when we still chiseled our messages in stone and sent them to the Chicago Reader via carrier pigeon. :stuck_out_tongue:

Welome AlphaNumerical One!

I also have been reading the boards for several years, since maybe…2003? I don’t know if I will be able to swing the subscription fee, but the “doper in need” thread prompted me to at least join as a guest.
