So where’s the money? I was promised some of the millions collected/extorted from the recording industry. I filled out the form, mailed it in, and…nothing! How come the law firm gets THEIR money first?
Im was planning on using that money…so when am I going to GET it?
From what I recall, we’ll all be getting a coupon to allow us to buy three CDs for a few bucks off. Also, the recording industry will be donating some of their older CDs to libraries and schools and such. In other words, the companies will be able to sell even MORE CDs, and will be able to dump their older stock onto the public.
Yeah, I feel all recompensed, too.
I was wondering the same thing. I was waiting for the damned check to arrive and it never did. Cripes…

IIRC, is too many people signed up, then they just had to donate a certain sum to school music programs.
