Why would you need to move to Mexico to meet her?
Because today is Flag Day in Mexico, which got me thinking about Homer’s fortune cookies, but since I’m not in Mexico, the whole thing wouldn’t apply. I couldn’t get it out of my head; it had to be exorcised.
If you listened to Housemartins you’d know they have Flag Day in Britain:

Flag Day, Flag Day, Flag Day
Well, my birthday is on American Flag Day. Just so’s you know. 
My niece’s birthday is also on Flag Day. She’s only going to be 16 (yikes! 16!?!?!?!) though, so let’s assume she’s not the Ms. Right in question, 'kay?
I once had a fortune cookie that said something that was meant to be clever, but it really wasn’t, and I don’t remember exactly what it said, but it was something that at the time seemed like something I’d prbably forget anyway, and I did, and I’m not really sure that this really happened at all since I don’t really remember any of the details, but I’m sure something like this must have happened since it is the sort of thing that happens, some it must have been, um, yeah.
I once got a fortune cookie that said, “Confucius say: Angel with wings not so hot as angel with arms.” I’ve given it quite a bit of thought, and I have no idea what that was supposed to mean.
Over the years I’ve come up with many various metaphorical interpretations though, some of which contradict each other.
Oh, and js_africanus, good luck with that Flag Day thing.
Mexican Flag Day was a dud.

I would avoid 17 March Evacuation Day in Boston.
That calls to mind an embarassment of images; not all of them suggest a healthy love affair–thanks for the heads-up to avoid Boston on that day!!
