I check Google news every day.
Ever since listening to Obama’s stump speech for Biden where he said “Wouldn’t it be nice to have a day where you don’t wonder what the President is doing today?” I’ve been wondering when I’d have a day that the word “Trump” does not appear in my news feed.

Trump just opened up the Office of the former President in Palm Springs, just in case you wanted to know. 
Not really, no. I can live without knowing that. 
Shouldn’t that be the office of a former president?
No. Should be office of the twice impeached former President in order to avoid confusion with others who left office without a hot fuss.
It’s as relieving as taking a giant shit.
That would be true if the giant shit in question had disappeared with the first flush. This one is working on its ninth or tenth and we’re trying to decide whether we need to call the plumber or just burn the place down.
As someone who’s been dealing with water issues for the past few days, I’d rather not think about that.

After about a year of muting all SDMB categories (fora) EXCEPT “Politics and Elections” and “BBQ Pit,” I just switched to the opposite— now, those are the only categories that ARE muted.* Yay! Back to helping answer general questions about maps
and language,and trading gentle barbs in Cafe Society about chord patterns in progressive rock songs!
*Well, other than “Marketplace.” That was, is, and always will be muted. And the “Coronavirus” one WASN’T muted, and continues to not be.
