Help the police… beat yourself up
I was pretty sure you were trying to break the thread-locking speed record when I saw the topic, then I read the article. Yeesh, what a jerk.
Lord knows I have zero sympathy for this moron, but I hope for his own safety that the voters of NH hold a recall quickly.

ROTFLMAO! I love this guy. The best part is what he had to say about the “bunch of fat, stupid, ugly old ladies” that elected him. heheheheh. I just love this guy!
And while I don’t agree about killing cops on GP I just love that he is sticking to his incredibly unpopular guns on this. How does someone go from running and a Demo once and a Libertarian twice to geting on the Republican ticket? heheheh This is so beutiful!
slight on-topic hijack, I do think that it is bullshit that people who kill cops get more time or face more charges than those that kill regular folks. I think killin’ people should be pretty much a max-penalty deal for everyone across the board (you know, with the exception of child molesters and DEA agents). Cops in my town are pretty cool but we do get some that get away with a lot of shit.
I read somewhere about a fellow who was arrested and tried for shooting at and injuring a policeman who burst into his home as part of a surprise raid on a drug home. The police apparently had the wrong address. Don’t recall hearing how that turned out, but I would think that they fellow should have been let off based on my recollection of what I read about the circumstance. I would have sued for a door replacement/repair.
“fuck tha police, fuck tha police!” -N.W.A.
This article has oodles of “amusing” things. This line just cracked me up…
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH…ha.
Of course the guy is a full-on nutjob but we need him. Quayle and B-1 Bob are no longer in the picture. I only wish he had a more high profile position.
If you step back from the conventional wisdom for a moment and think about it, is it any more egregious a crime for someone to put a cap in a popo that has burst into a house, than that same popo arresting someone for what they put in their mouth? Consensual crimes aren’t crimes at all.
MADD for Bush!
Whew…for a minute I thought he may have meant me but then I remembered I live in Canada and know the metric system.
Jawofech
New Hampshire has procedure for recalling representatives. He is expected to serve his term.
Er. Has no procedure…
Yeah, advocating killing cops is comaparable to anything Quayle or Dornan did. The reason this guy doesn’t have a more high profile position is that his views are considered completely evil by the overwhelming majority of the population. Nice that you want to use the example of this nut to mock the entire Republican Party. Who cares about truth, as long as it’s for a good cause, right?
And yes it is a far more egregious crime to shoot a police officer than it is for the police officer to arrest someone on drug charges. Sure, the War on Drugs is wrong, but it in no way excuses the taking of the life of those whose job it is to enforce it. There are ways to advocate for the law to be changed that don’t require cold-blooded murder.
LOL
I’m sorry, American dudes, but to me this is f’in hillarious! He tried to get in through THREE different parties, FOUR different times, but eventually this nutjob got into office through the friggin’ REPUBLICAN PARTY!!!
Although he is obviously a couple of chads short of an election (up there in the head, I mean), he does have a point about their being some unjust laws and the streets being similar to a battlefield. However, taking that extra step towards actually saying that you are happy to see people killed doing their job is an obvious sign that there’s something wrong.
But thenHe wouldn’t be the first wacko to serve in office through the GOP, why not let him have a go?

I just noticed something, the quote is from a LEBANESE newspaper!
What’s up with that? When was the last time we heard official quotes from capitol hill directly through the Lebanese newsservice??

Curious that you indirectly claim to be concerned about truth when you are no slave to it. I did not advocate killing anyone, I merely said that depriving someone of their freedom for what they consensually do in the privacy of their own homes is comparable to killing a cop. Yes, it is.
It’s OK, you jack-booted little nermus, I understand your pain. I would still be smarting if Quayle and Dornan were on my side, too.
“There ought to be limits to Freedom”. Bush, The Younger and Dumber, 1998
Morrison, meet Lebanon, NH.
Where have I ever advocated being less than fully concerned with the truth? Also, I’m a libertarian, Quayle and Dornan are by no means on my side, and I’m rather opposed to jack-booted thuggery myself. However, while I disagree strongly with many of their ideas, they are in no way comparable to this guy.
And I’ll say again that killing a cop is in no way comparable to enforcing the War on Drugs. Not at all. The only pain I’m in is from having subjected myself to your inane ramblings. How much longer before you resort to your usual trick of using obscure words and phrases to appear intelligent? I love that one.
Yep, I just read that in the Boston Globe. I was surprised just how few states do have a procedure for recall.
Oh well, I guess when the voters speak, they better be sure not to muff their lines.

When it’s about something happening in New hampshire and is from a newspaper that’s in ** LEBANON, NEW HAMPSHIRE. **
DAMN! someone beat me to it LOL

What you love is the feeling you get when someone uses a word you don’t know. A word which you have heard repeatedly but have been too lazy to look up? I suggest you enlarge your circle of friends to include a few people who are articulate.
What sort of Libertarian are you? The kind who advocates the liberty to possess handguns? Terminal valves like you always got the HK right at hand. Just make sure that your son doesn’t blow your daughter’s head off while you watch the game. Such an occurence is thousands of times more likely to occur than you pacifically obstructing a home invader’s escape while the police come. Chump.
I find it delightfully inane that a “libertarian” values liberty so little. If I used any words with which you are unfamiliar, I will be happy to explain them to you in language which you can readily understand.
Warning: I am extreamly biased.
I don’t care what party he belongs to. I also don’t care what he thinks about the people (he thinks) elected him. I am a police dispatcher, and those are my guys and gals he’s talking about killing. There are enough nutcases out there trying to hurt my officers without an elected official saying “goooooooo for it!!!” I feel sorry for the officer who has that guy’s sorry ass in his beat…and I also feel sorry for the dispatcher that has to send him there.
I’m quite satisfied with my level of articulation. Just because I generally try to use the more appropriate word, rather than the one that I think will impress people does not mean that I am unfamiliar with others. I have no problem reading your more pedantic ravings, I just think that the lack of even the most basic principles of logic is amusing when ineffectively hidden behind a thin veneer of intelligence.
As for the rest of your idiocy, all I have to say that even with the ability to make completely unfounded assumptions about me, you are still more successful at appearing the jackass yourself. I’m not even going to defend myself against you, as I don’t think anyone could possibly be swayed by your frothing nonsense.
Oh, and thanks for being on “the other side”. With enemies like you, I can’t help but to look good in comparison.
