Nothing more to say. Just in the sea of complaints, I thought I’d mention one of the new GOOD points.
I’m not seeing this. Also, whenever I click on a thread title I get sent to the first post in the thread (or, if I had previously posted to the thread, to my post) and I need to scroll (and scroll, and scroll, and scroll…) to get to an unread post. If there’s some way to go to “First unread post” I can’t find it.
The position you had read to has not been preserved from the old software, so it will initially behave as though you are reading threads for the first time. But the second time you go to a thread on the new board, it will take you to the correct position, next unread post. And [for me at least, on computer] it is doing so reliably, where the old software often glitched and got stuck in the wrong place.
