Well, now, the wit is fair, but the question is unanswered. Respondez Vous!

What does this even mean? Pain and grief from a yeast infection? F’wha?
If you are talking about a herpes outbreak, again I say, f’wha? If an outbreak lasts more than a day or two or is more than slightly uncomfortable, you go to the doctor, get a prescription for an anti-viral and it knocks it back pretty quickly (by which I mean between 24-48 hours).
Would you believe the CDC?
*Results of a nationally representative study show that genital herpes infection is common in the United States. Nationwide, at least 45 million people ages 12 and older, or one out of five adolescents and adults, have had genital HSV infection. Between the late 1970s and the early 1990s, the number of Americans with genital herpes infection increased 30 percent.
Genital HSV-2 infection is more common in women (approximately one out of four women) than in men (almost one out of five). This may be due to male-to-female transmissions being more likely than female-to-male transmission. *
I’m trying to be patient because I don’t think you’re being intentionally ignorant, or at least I hope not. Anti-viral medication has advanced considerably. Most people who know that they are prone to visible outbreaks of any sort of herpes virus – and there are more than just HSV-1 and HSV-2, btw – have a doctor whom they can call and get an immediate prescription for medication. This medication can stop an outbreak before you would notice it. The last time I felt a cold sore coming up on my face, it looked like a tiny red splotch. My coworker thought I had scratched an insect bite. I saw my doctor, took two doses of Valtrex 12 hours apart, and it was gone the next day.
What I’m saying is that people who have herpes do not walk around with angry red weeping cold sores spelling out a scarlet H on their visible skin for your convenience in spotting them. I beg you to AT LEAST go and read the CDC fact sheet that I linked earlier in this post.
Yes, I would hire a qualified black person, a spanish person, any ethnicity, including (EGADS!) middle eastern, handicapped person, man or woman or whatever is in between. I would hire an old person, a young person…and god forbid, someone with cold sores.
Of all the asinine reasons to not hire someone, not hiring them because of a cold sore has to be pretty high on the list. Especially since, according to the respondents, you are not screening on HSV infection, since you presumably do not have that on your applications, but only visible signs of POSSIBLE HSV infections.
In my teens, I often got zits around my lips/chin, due to my inability to leave shit alone, I had quite a few that looked like cold sores, but were merely zits.
I can see the court case now. But judge! It was a zit!
No, my Brother! You must do her on your Own…
Well, I never expected so much help! Thank you, here is the latest - she has decided to “move on”, to find another guy. I need to say we are both 49yrs. old and “yes” I am a little overly romantic at times. I rarely meet woman who fit me the way she did - she could have been “the one”.
I choose not to risk it. THANK YOU Jodi, Handsome Harry, Lisa Curl, Davenport Avenger, Auntbeast, The Scrivener, Freckafree, and everyone else!!!
I learned something and I will be tested anyway - I know I could have loved her, but … I will miss her. Some guy is getting a brilliant, pretty girl.

My mate is still out there, somewhere. Kenwood
I need to know what you did with her ? I wanna tell my boyfriend that I have herpes but I feel like he will not except it … Did you except her ?
Unfortunately, the OP last posted seven years ago.
First, it’s accept. Second, this is an old thread. Third, it’s hard to determine anything about your relationship and how it is comparable with the OP.
Fourth, I’m amazed that no one saw
I hate risks
and she hates condoms
and didn’t comment on the possibility of a killer country song.
Fifth, he said what he did in the (formerly) last post of the thread.
