I may be getting a jobb - wish me luck

Last friday, I was at an interview for a summer jobb (tour guide at a museum).

I´m really hoping for that positive phone call. This jobb would be so perfect for me. It´s semi-relevant to my education (history), the hours are great, the pay is fine, it sounds fun, and the season runs may-august. I already have another part-time jobb starting in august (I´ve been offered that jobb, but their doctor needs to look at me before I can sign the contract, and training starts in august.)

This means that, if i get the museum jobb, I´ll be getting paid to do fun stuff from next month, I´ll be employed for the foreseeable future, and I´ll be able to start putting money aside for a masters degree.

I have good feeling - the museum people said there were 17 applicants, they called seven for interviews, and expected to hire four. The interview went well, I really liked my potential boss, and the interviewers seemed to like me. And I got to look at some really cool plate armour while I was there

But, can´t help being nervous. So, I need that SDMB magic - wish me luck.

Good luck–I really hope you get it! cheers you on (Why does the word ‘job’ always have two bs in your post?)

Of course we wish you luck, but why do you spell “job” like “jobb”?

I wonderr iff shee hass thee samee problemm as myy keyboardd?

I’m gonna guess “not a native speaker of English.”

Close, but noe tobacco-product. The real answer is “batshit-insane norwegian spellchecker”.

The extra B is for BYOBB.
