According to this story, Timothy Brown, chose to tell the dispatcher that his car was on fire, instead of risking letting the cops know he needed help getting into his car because he’d locked his keys inside.
So, now, in addition to being held on $25,000 bail for making a false report, he’s also got the cops who wanted him in that other matter well aware of where they can find him. :wally
Anyone who can’t figure out how to break into their own car with a wire coat hanger is either an idiot or lacks patience. (Yes, I’ve done it for every car I’ve ever owned. :smack: ) Failing to ask when talking to the dispatcher, for a simple bit of assistance is even stupider. Finally, making a false report about a fire is the most stupid part: Since in case of fire the firemen will break the windows, anyways!!!
What a dimwit. I think he needs water wings for being in the gene pool over his head.
(Of course I’m not much impressed with his relative quoted at the end of the article, either.)
Mods if this is more appropriate for the Pit, I apologize for putting it here. I’m not really trying to Pit this guy, though. It’s just pointless and amusing, I think.
